General Employment Requirements
- California BSIS Guard Card: Active and valid registration is strictly required for all operational positions.
- Armed Guard Permits: Active BSIS firearm permit, training logbooks, and caliber qualifications (if applying for armed details).
- Background & Screening: Must pass background clearance, reference verification, and drug checks.
- Professional Decorum: Superb customer service attitude, de-escalation skills, and crisp uniform presentation.
- Patrol Drivers: Clean DMV driving history report and valid CA driver's license (minimum 21 years old).
